Su Allen founded Su Allen HR Solutions in 2002 – she saw there was an opportunity to provide tailored HR services to small and medium sized businesses that couldn't justify having a full time HR manager. Su Allen HR Solutions provides wide range of HR-related services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Su Allen

Su Allen has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. In that time she has worked for John Laing, Debenhams, Tesco, and has considerable experience within the manufacturing sector.

Sally Venables

In July 2007 Sally Venables joined the company as an HR advisor, bringing with her over 9 years’ experience and expertise in the HR field. Sally has held positions as human resource coordinator and human resource manager in both the public and private sectors.

Michelle Payne-Gale

Michelle Payne-Gale has over 10 years’ experience in marketing, business administration and photography. The owner of Essence Services, she provides virtual administrative and marketing support.

The business has a diverse range of clients which includes manufacturers, drainage contractors, an IT company, private school, care home, building contractors, design company, orthodontics, accountants and many others.
