From time to time, a dispute may develop between employees in your organisation. This can result in low staff morale, stress, poor performance…and sometimes even a costly tribunal or court case.
Our mediation service helps you resolve the situation before it escalates. Whether problems have arisen due to allegations of bullying or harassment, or simply because two employees don’t get on, our confidential mediation quickly and constructively restores healthy working relationships with minimum disruption to your business.
We work with a mediation expert, Arran Elkeles, who described mediation as follows;
"Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution. The mediator is an independent, neutral person who helps parties to a dispute resolve it themselves without recourse to a court or tribunal. Mediation is confidential and without prejudice. This means that the parties can speak freely without worrying that what they say will go outside the mediation and be quoted in court. Most mediations take no more than a day. The success rate for mediation is about 80%."
